Returns Policy

PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS THOROUGHLY!

-NOTE: All tracks over 7 feet ship in two pieces, and all tracks over 14 feet ship in three pieces.

-NOTE: CUSTOM ORDERS INCLUDING CUSTOM SIZES, ANY DOOR, COLORS, LENGTHS, ETC ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR ANY REASON.

-CURRENT LEAD TIME FOR ALL BARN DOOR HARDWARE IS 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. WE WILL SHIP FASTER IF POSSIBLE.

-You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee which will be assessed upon assessing condition and contents of order upon return.

-Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs on orders that are being returned. We only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All returns must be pre-approved.

CUSTOM BARN DOORS

Shipping: DOORS ARE CRATED AND SHIP VIA COMMON CARRIER - NOT A SERVICE LIKE UPS OR FEDEX. DOORS ARRIVE IN A LARGE TRUCK AND MUST BE UNLOADED. WE DO NOT PAY FOR LIFT GATE SERVICE OR ANY ADDITIONAL SERVICES LIKE INSIDE DELIVERY OR SIMILAR.

NOTE: You must be home at the time of delivery. Please be prepared to assist in unloading the barn door.

SHIPPING

We ship ONLY to US addresses. WE DO NOT SHIP TO POST OFFICE BOXES. We charge $79 extra to ship ANY order to Alaska or Hawaii. Now shipping to Canada! $105 flat rate includes duty and taxes. 

-We try to ship all standard raw steel hardware orders within 3 business days. Finished hardware and/or custom orders take 5-7 business days or longer, depending on the time of year.
