Crafted for durability and style, our kit features a Black Powder Coat  finish to complement any decor. Each kit includes all necessary hardware for easy installation, including track lengths ranging from 4 feet and beyond.

 

KEY FEATURES

  • THREE-DOOR FULL BYPASS SYSTEM: A true triple barn door bypass system consisting of three individual tracks where each door can slide on its own track independently. All three doors are able to overlap 100% and can slide from one end to the other with no limitations or interference. 

 

  • MINIMAL GAPS: Triple Bypass gives you an immediate thought of "BIG GAP" bypass system, but our upgraded triple bypass system now has minimal spacing between each doors. For example, when a standard door thickness (1-3/8in) is used, the gaps between each door will range from 1 to 1-1/2in. The gap from the front of the outer door and the wall is now about 8in aside to our previous system which was 11in. The doors are close to each other, this brings you privacy without the unpleasant gaps. 

 

  • EASY TO INSTALL: Our barn door track bracket has been upgraded, therefore finding bracket hole placements and aligning of tracks is no longer necessary. The steps for installation have been reduced, due to the brackets being mostly pre-assembled. You will also receive a step by step installation manual with U.S. standard measurements, simple instructions and informative diagrams. 

 

  • LARGER ACCESSIBLE OPENING: Compared to our double track bypass and our previous triple bypass, this system offers a bigger available opening. For example, if our triple bypass is applied in a setup with no available wall space, this hardware provides 2/3 of the opening size once the doors are stacked and pushed to one side. 

 

  • VARIOUS TRACK LENGTHS AVAILABLE: While other brands only offer few selected track lengths, we offer 4ft up to 20ft. The space between each pre-drilled holes on the track is 16” apart to match your studs. Our tracks 7.5’ and shorter all come as one full piece. 8ft and longer will come as two or more pieces joined with a junction plate. Thus, the middle section where two tracks join may not be 16in apart. A header board will be required if the holes on the track do not line up with your studs.

For example, if your door is 3 feet wide and has a 3 feet 4 inches width, the calculation would be 40 inches x 2 = 80 inches - 2 inches = 78 inches or 6 feet 6 inches of track. This ensures adequate coverage when the door is closed, providing a clean, finished appearance. This approach allows the door to align flush with the opening when closed, offering a seamless look. Alternatively, for a cased opening, simply multiply the door width by 2. This method conceals the trim or casing when the door is closed, offering a modern appearance. When the door is open, it reveals all the intricate trim work for a more traditional look.
