- Free Shipping Within the Continental U.S.: We offer free shipping on all standard steel hardware orders to addresses within the continental United States.
- P.O. Box Shipping Not Available: We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
- Shipping to Canada: We charge a minimum of $50 for shipping to Canada. Shipping costs to Canada vary based on the weight of the order.
- Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories: We charge a minimum of $200 for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Shipping costs to these locations vary based on the weight of the order.
- Processing Times: Standard raw steel hardware orders typically ship within 3 business days. Finished hardware and custom orders may take 5-7 business days or longer, depending on the season.
Please note: Shipping carriers may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to keep you informed of any shipping updates.
Change of Address: If you need to change your shipping address after your order has been dispatched, UPS will charge a $25 fee for redirection. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange this for you.
