Generic Brand Shipping Information

  • Free Shipping Within the Continental U.S.: We offer free shipping on all generic steel hardware orders to addresses within the continental United States.
  • Shipping From: All generic brand products are shipped from our warehouse in Georgia.
  • P.O. Box Shipping Not Available: We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
  • Shipping to Canada: We charge a minimum of $50 for shipping to Canada. Shipping costs to Canada vary based on the weight of the order.
  • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories: We charge a minimum of $200 for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Shipping costs to these locations vary based on the weight of the order.
  • Processing Times: Standard raw steel hardware orders typically ship within 3 business days. Stain finished doors and custom orders may take 8-10 business or longer, depending on the season. 

Goldberg Brothers Shipping Information

  • Free Shipping Within the Continental U.S.: We offer free shipping on all Goldberg Brothers hardware orders to addresses within the Continental United States.
  • Production Time: All Goldberg Brothers hardware is made to order. Please allow 5-7 days for handles and flushes to ship and 10-15 days for hardware kits to ship.
  • Shipping From: Goldberg Brothers hardware ships from Colorado.

Dalmatian Doors Shipping Information

  • Free Shipping Within the Continental U.S.: We offer free shipping on all Dalmatian Doors orders to addresses within the Continental United States.
  • Production Time: All Dalmatian Doors products are made to order based on your specifications. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your door to be created.
  • Shipping From: Dalmatian Doors ship from New York. Dalmatian will deliver your order using their own trucks within the Northeast U.S. For orders outside the region, we use FedEx Freight Shipping with liftgate service.

  • Packaging: Your order will be packaged securely with shrink wrap, cardboard liners, or foam wrapping, depending on the shipping method.

  • Scheduling Delivery: For FedEx Freight deliveries, you'll receive a tracking code and a call from the local hub to schedule delivery. Please note that curbside delivery is the standard service, and oversized doors may require additional assistance from you.

General Shipping Notes

Please note: Shipping carriers may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to keep you informed of any shipping updates.

Change of Address: If you need to change your shipping address after your order has been dispatched, the carrier will charge a $25 fee for redirection. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange this for you.
