Evan was very helpful and great to work with! The hardware is very sturdy and perfect for holding our hardwood doors. The track was cut to the exact length we needed. The paint was flawless.There were no missing parts. We even called Evan to ask questions during the project.

We bought the heavy duty door slides to hang a 44”x94”x2” custom (heavy) barn door after returning another by another company. The slide was indeed HEAVY DUTY and the door works well. I would recommend this company for your hardware needs.

It looks quite large when getting ready to install, but is unobtrusive once installed and the door is hung.
The Hardware is a nice pkg. I'm thinking that the J hook used for the barn "fold"
doors is the same dimension of the sliding doors. The dimension of the J hook I suspect is meant to be installed onto rail by lifting and at an angle to engage rollers on to the rail or if space available you could "feed" door onto the rail from the end of rail. Since the Bifold requires a foot pin pivot neither for mentioned option works. The space between the top nut on the J hook and the rail is not enough to straight lift the door to hang on rail once it is on the pivot pin. An increased dimension between the rail and top nut of the J hook would help immensely ,

Installed our barn door yesterday. Good instructions, actual installation was quite simple. Really like the Delrin wheels, door moves very quietly with them. Had the same system in another home, but with the standard, noisy, steel wheels. My advice, the upcharge for the Delrin wheel is really worth it.

Packaging was real nice. Everything in separate packages. Easy to locate parts and follow the well written instructions.
Overall looks good and works well. The wheels are excellent - smooth and sturdy. I’m happy with the product. I’d give it five stars if the track spacers were made out of stronger material. Mine are slight flexy and one had an issue with the threads after applying pressure from the lag bolt.
I was pleasantly surprised to have the extendable spacers in my barn door kit. My doors were thicker than average and door trim extended beyond the header board. I was able to extend the spacers to get the perfect fit. Made my day!
Did a double natural Polyacrylic coating. Came out beautiful. Only thing, door had a lot of pine knots in wood and I mean a lot. I would not recommend painting the door because of how the wood knots would; show through.
We ordered a bypass barn door and hardware set. It came very quick. The instructions were very easy to follow, the doors easy to build. It turned out very nice. We are so proud of our doors! They are beautiful!

Love the product with one exception. When connecting both rails, the holes were slightly off. Even though the door goes across the entire rail okay, because of the slight difference between where the rails meet, there is a little drop when closing the door and a little trip to make it over the connection point of the two pieces which form the continuous rail when opening the door. Aside from that, quality materials and love the look of it.
