- Defective Parts Under Normal Use: Coverage applies to parts that become defective due to manufacturing flaws when the hardware is installed and used as intended in standard residential or commercial environments.

To ensure clarity, please be aware of the following specifics regarding your barn door hardware warranty:
Cosmetic Conditions & Natural Wear:
- Rustic Finishes: Our barn door hardware is sold as rustic-finished hardware. It's designed to embrace character, and as such, may develop minor scratches or other signs of wear during manufacturing, normal installation, or regular use.
- Roller & Track Contact: We do not warrant the cosmetic finish at points where the barn door rollers are in direct contact with the track, as wear in these areas is a natural consequence of proper operation.
- Steel Imperfections: Any minor cosmetic imperfections in the steel parts that may be visible through the finish are not covered, as they are part of the authentic, rustic nature of the product.
Specific Accessory Lifespan:
Certain barn door hardware accessories are subject to natural wear and have finite expected lifetimes due to normal use, loss of tension, or resilience over extended periods. These include, but are not limited to:
