Overall looks good and works well. The wheels are excellent - smooth and sturdy. I’m happy with the product. I’d give it five stars if the track spacers were made out of stronger material. Mine are slight flexy and one had an issue with the threads after applying pressure from the lag bolt.
I was pleasantly surprised to have the extendable spacers in my barn door kit. My doors were thicker than average and door trim extended beyond the header board. I was able to extend the spacers to get the perfect fit. Made my day!
Did a double natural Polyacrylic coating. Came out beautiful. Only thing, door had a lot of pine knots in wood and I mean a lot. I would not recommend painting the door because of how the wood knots would; show through.
We ordered a bypass barn door and hardware set. It came very quick. The instructions were very easy to follow, the doors easy to build. It turned out very nice. We are so proud of our doors! They are beautiful!

Love the product with one exception. When connecting both rails, the holes were slightly off. Even though the door goes across the entire rail okay, because of the slight difference between where the rails meet, there is a little drop when closing the door and a little trip to make it over the connection point of the two pieces which form the continuous rail when opening the door. Aside from that, quality materials and love the look of it.

Need a solution to close off a mud room and a standard or double door wouldn't work. The client had showed a video of a bifold barn door and we were able to find the hardware here. It works really nice and pretty straightforward install.
Everything we have purchased has been an excellent product. I can't imagine someone not being happy with this company.
I just finished the install. Overall it went very well. One thing worth noting is that unless you want to use a header board, and if mounting to the joists is important to you, you might want to consider getting a longer track than you need so that you can get the spacing correct. Case in point, for the 8-foot kit, the middle 5 holes are 16" on center. The outboard holes are IIRC, 14.5" from the last 16" center holes. Also, for assemblingthe tracks together, one of the interlocking joints was perfect, but I had to tweak the other one with a small file. Andrew was great at answering questions, both pre and post sales.
We bought a 12 foot long rail. Bought Two extra door rollers for a total of four doors. Wish we would have known to put door stoppers on before completing the assembly and hanging doors. Andrew got right back with me when I had questions. Great quality.
The kit is perfect for our style. The barn door slid a little rough in the track, but our contractor was able to smooth up the glide for us, no problem!
