Diamond Brushed Nickel Single Track Barn Door Hardware Kit

Total system weight capacity: 220 lbs. For a single door, the door must weigh under 220 lbs. For biparting, both doors combined must stay under 220 lbs. Over 220 lbs? See heavy duty hardware.

Door thickness: 1-3/8 in to 1-3/4 in. Outside this range? See heavy duty hardware.

Wall clearance beside opening: Must equal full door width on the slide side. Limited clearance? See bypass or bifold hardware.

Wall header: A solid header above the opening is required for track mounting. If there is no existing header or backing in the wall, we recommend installing a minimum 1×6 hardwood board (3/4 in thick × 5-1/2 in wide) that extends past the length of the track to the next stud or structural support point on each side. No solid header and cannot install one? See ceiling mount hardware.

Ceiling clearance above door: 6 in required. Less clearance? See straight strap (5 in) or straight top mount (5 in).

Door width: Your door must be wider than the rough opening. For standard rooms plan for 2 in of wall overlap on each side — opening + 4 in. For bedrooms and bathrooms, 3 in per side gives better privacy — opening + 6 in. Minimum functional overlap is 1/2 in per side. See our measuring guide for full sizing formulas.

Door height: Measure from finished floor to the top of the rough opening and add 1 in. The extra inch covers the top of the opening while leaving 1/2 to 1 in of clearance at the bottom for the door to slide without dragging. If you have thick carpet, check that clearance is adequate along the full travel path before ordering.

• 1 diamond hanger/roller set (2 rollers) — each hanger attaches to the door face with 3 screws

Hardware for 2 Doors (biparting): Same as above plus 1 additional hanger/roller set (2 more rollers, 4 total), 1 additional floor guide, 2 additional anti-jump disks, and 2 additional door stoppers.

Tracks over 7 ft 6 in ship in multiple pieces with a junction plate included. Handles and a latch are not included — add them before checkout to avoid a second shipment.

The included floor guide is floor-mounted. If you have finished hardwood, tile, or LVP you can't drill into, you'll need a wall-mounted floor guide instead — browse our floor guides collection.

The track must be at least 2× the door width for the door to fully clear the opening. Measure the door panel — not the rough opening.

Single door: 2× door width — e.g. 36 in door → 6 ft track minimum

Biparting (2 doors): 2× combined door width — e.g. two 30 in doors → 10 ft track minimum

For biparting: add both door widths together first, then double the combined total. Ordering a track that's too short is the most common mistake. When in doubt, order the next size up.
