The medium set (11 in pull) fits most standard interior doors. The large set (16 in pull) works well on wider doors. The flush pull is always shorter than the pull handle and sized to the same visual weight as the set.

Yes — Goldberg Brothers flush pulls are mortise-mount. A shallow recess is routed into the door face so the pull sits flush with the surface. The 6 in flush pull requires a 5 × 2 × 1/2 in mortise; the 12 in flush pull requires an 11 × 2 × 1/2 in mortise.
