Common Questions

Why are there two variants — Regular and Spoke Wheel?

The Spoke Wheel hanger has a larger profile than standard hangers, so it requires a stopper sized to that profile. Select "Spoke Wheel" if your hardware uses spoke wheel rollers; select "Regular Rollers" for all other HVL hanger styles.

How do I reposition the stopper after installation?

Loosen the set screw, slide the stopper to the new position along the track — including over track bolts — and retighten. The ability to pass over track bolts is the key advantage over the Modern Black Barn Door Stopper, which cannot. If the ideal stop position on your track happens to fall at a bolt, this stopper can get there; the Modern Black cannot.

Is this the same stopper included in hardware kits?
