Barn door pull handles sold separately from hardware kits — bar pulls, edge pulls, and stainless steel options in all 17 Goldberg Brothers powder coat finishes, plus matched combo sets that include a pull and flush pull as a coordinated pair. Goldberg Brothers D-pull handles use the same powder coat system as their hardware, so finish matching between D-pull and hanger is exact across all 17 finishes. For standalone flush pull options, see our flush pulls collection.
Handle types
- Bar pull — a straight rod mounted parallel to the door face. Available in matte black and stainless steel. The most widely ordered handle style — works with every hanger type and interior aesthetic.
- D-pull (Goldberg Brothers) — a rectangular bar bent into a D shape, wall-mounted at both ends with the bar creating a grip loop. Available in all 17 Goldberg Brothers powder coat finishes with exact finish matching to Goldberg Brothers hardware. The right choice for a finish-matched Goldberg Brothers installation.
- Edge pull — mounts to the edge of the door rather than the face. Recessed into the side of the panel, leaving nothing visible on the door surface. The right choice when the handle-facing side is toward a wall and a bar pull would create clearance issues.
- Carbon steel handle — 8 in powder-coated carbon steel bar pull. Heavier and more tactile than a standard bar pull — suits industrial and western hardware setups where handle scale should match the hanger weight.
- Bifold handle — scaled for bifold door panels. Sized to work within the folding clearance of a bifold system without interfering with the fold.
- Stainless steel — bar pull and edge pull in stainless steel for installations where finish consistency with stainless hardware matters, or for outdoor and coastal applications.
- Combo sets — matched pull + flush pull pairs sold together. Convenient when you need both sides of the door handled and want guaranteed finish consistency between the two.
