Barn Door Hardware Kits

A selection of various barn door hardware kits, showcasing different styles like spoked wheel, J-strap, and top-mount in both black and brushed steel finishes.

Barn door hardware kits include everything needed to hang a sliding door — track, hangers, rollers, floor guide, and mounting hardware. We carry Goldberg Brothers made-to-order kits and a house value line that ships in 2–3 business days, across single track, bypass, bifold, heavy duty, hidden roller, ceiling mount, and stainless steel configurations. Not sure which type fits your opening? Our hardware selection guide walks through the decision.

Common Questions

No — this collection is hardware only. If you want door and hardware in one purchase, see our barn door kits. That said, most customers save money by sourcing a door locally. Barn doors are large, heavy freight — shipping costs add up fast, and buying locally gives you far more options. We're happy to advise on what to look for in a locally sourced door; just email us.

All wall-mounted kits require a solid header above the opening. A standard framed wall with a door header is sufficient for most installs. If there's no solid header — or if your wall is masonry, tile, or otherwise not drill-friendly — our ceiling mount kits route the track to ceiling joists instead.

Standard hardware is designed for interior use. Our stainless steel collection works in two situations: outdoor, coastal, or high-humidity environments where standard hardware won't hold up long-term, and interior installs where a more refined, premium finish is the goal. It costs more than standard kits, but the end result is noticeably different.

Email us before you order. We accommodate non-standard track lengths regularly — just send your rough opening width and door dimensions. Custom lengths are priced the same as the next standard size up, and we'll confirm the right track before anything ships.

Kits ship as components to be assembled at installation. Most installs take a few hours with basic tools. Step-by-step guides are available for every kit type in our install guides.
